These terms cover this website, wrenfield.brightkidzhub.com, and the free story you can play on it. The Wrenfield app, when it is released, will be governed by its own terms, shown before you buy it.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is published by SANAD Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered in the State of Wyoming, at 30 N Gould St STE N, Sheridan, WY 82801. "We" and "us" below mean that company.

2. What this site is

Pages describing Wrenfield, and one Wrenfield story that plays in your browser, free. There is nothing to buy here, no account to open, and nothing asked of you.

3. What you may do

You may read these pages, and play the free story as often as you like, at home or in a classroom. You may link to any page, and share the link with anyone.

The stories, words, pictures, narration and characters of Wrenfield, and the names Wrenfield and BrightKidz, belong to us. Please do not copy the story, its pictures or its audio to publish somewhere else, sell them, or use them to make something of your own, and please do not use our names in a way that suggests we made or endorsed something we did not.

4. The app, and what it will cost

Wrenfield is a paid app. It is not on sale yet, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell it or a promise about its price. When it is released, its price will be shown in the App Store and on Google Play before you are asked to pay.

A purchase through an app store is a transaction with that store, under that store's terms, including its rules on refunds and family sharing. We do not take the payment and cannot reverse it; the store can. If something we sold you is wrong, write to us anyway.

5. Accuracy, and telling us

We try to keep this site and the story accurate and working. If something is wrong, or the story does not work on your device, tell us and we will fix it.

This site and the free story are provided as they are. We do not promise they will always be available or free of errors, and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using them. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer.

6. Changes

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and the previous version stays available on request.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.
