Terms of Use
Effective 29 September 2026.
These terms cover all of Wrenfield:
- the Wrenfield app, an Android app for children aged 6 to 8. It is available now on Google Play.
- Wrenfield: The Clubhouse, a second Android app, for children aged 9 to 11. It is available now on Google Play.
- this website, wrenfield.brightkidzhub.com, and the free stories you can play on it.
Where they say "the app", they mean each of the two apps.
1. Who you are dealing with
The apps and this site are published by SANAD Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered in the State of Wyoming, at 30 N Gould St STE N, Sheridan, WY 82801. "We" and "us" below mean that company.
2. What they are
Each app is a set of short spoken stories for children, which works without the internet. This site is pages describing Wrenfield, and two Wrenfield stories that play in your browser, free: one from the app, and the first episode of Wrenfield: The Clubhouse. Neither has an account to open, and neither asks anything of you. There is nothing to buy on this site and nothing to buy inside either app.
3. What you may do
You may read these pages, and play the free stories as often as you like, at home or in a classroom. You may link to any page, and share the link with anyone. If you buy the app, you may use it on your own devices and share it with your family as Google Play allows.
The stories, words, pictures, narration and characters of Wrenfield, and the names Wrenfield and BrightKidz, belong to us. Please do not copy the stories, their pictures or their audio to publish somewhere else, sell them, or use them to make something of your own, and please do not use our names in a way that suggests we made or endorsed something we did not.
4. Paying for the apps, and refunds
Each app is paid for once, up front, on Google Play. Its price is shown on Google Play before you are asked to pay. There are no in-app purchases, no subscription and no advertising, so there is nothing further to pay and nothing to cancel. Nothing on this site is itself an offer to sell either app.
A purchase through Google Play is a transaction with Google, under Google Play's terms, including its rules on refunds and family sharing. Google takes the payment; we never see your card details.
Refunds. Refunds are requested from Google Play and handled by Google Play, under Google Play's refund policy. Nothing in these terms takes away any right to a refund that the law where you live gives you. Questions: hello@brightkidzhub.com.
5. Accuracy, and telling us
We try to keep the apps, this site and the stories accurate and working. If something is wrong, or a story does not work on your device, tell us and we will fix it.
The apps, this site and the free stories are provided as they are. We do not promise they will always be available or free of errors, and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using them. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer.
6. Changes
We may change these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and the previous version stays available on request.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.
